What is TIMEV?
Timev is a Malaysia's localized Service Marketplace that connects Consumers (the Buyers) to Service Providers (the Sellers) of various skills or services that are valued, verified and reviewed by the community.It benefits the Sellers who are freelancers, service professionals, and basically anyone looking to monetize their abilities, quickly and easily, in today’s robust gig economy. And consumers, the Buyers can also easily find, compare, inquire and pay for a comprehensive variety of new and useful services, available at their disposal!
Who are we serving?
- The Buyers - We provide a centralized, convenient, and diversieid platform for the people who are looking for services to compare and purchase the needed service in faster and easier way.
- The Sellers - We help talented service providers to setup an e-shop on the platform with lowest cost and shortest time, and also assist them to promote their services and bring potential client to their e-shop.
How TIMEV works?
How TIMEV works?- Step 1: The Sellers upload their serivces into the Marketplace and then the Buyers could search and compare the listed services. And the Buyers can also chat with the Sellers to understand more details about the service they provide.
- Step 2: If the Buyers decide to purchase the service, they can directly make the payment through the payment gateway (MOLPay) which provided in the APP by Timev. Once the payment is successful, the Sellers will receive the notification of confirmed booking.
- Step 3: The Sellers will provide their service on agreed time to the Buyers and the Buyers may just enjoy the service.
- Step 4: After the completion of the service, the Sellers will claim their payment from Timev and the Buyers will receive a notification to rate and comment the service they have recieved. And Sellers will receive their payment when the service has been rated within 72 hours.

In our mechanism, the Sellers may only claim their payment after completion of the service, if they claim before completion, the Buyers may report to Timev immediately when they receive the rating notification before completion of service. And then Timev will investigate and provide a solution for both parties to solve the dispute.
With Timev, the Buyers may rest assure on their advence payment, it will only be released to the Sellers once the service is completed and the payment is claimed; and the Sellers do not have to worry bad debt anymore, because the bookings will only be made when the Buyers make the successful payment, they just have to provide the service according to the bookings list.
